HireVue, the global leader in virtual interviewing and assessments technology, has appointed 33Seconds as its retained UK PR agency, to help drive awareness and consideration of its on-demand and virtual video interviewing platform. The agency has been appointed following the success of a short-term project that aimed to leverage the dramatic shift to adopting virtual technologies since businesses have been operating remotely. 33Seconds is responsible for all UK press office activity and influencer relations, as well as developing and implementing creative campaigns.
Cynthia Siemens, communications director for HireVue, said: “We were impressed with how quickly the team at 33Seconds grasped our business and our ambitions of providing global enterprises with a competitive advantage in the modern talent marketplace. Their ability to craft a compelling narrative and think creatively around how we reach our key audiences, combined with their strong media relationships, made it an easy decision to extend to a long-term partnership”.
HireVue currently works with hundreds of the world’s largest organisations, helping them to hire effectively at scale through interviewing software and pre-hire assessments. The HireVue platform offers candidates the flexibility to conduct on-demand and virtual interviews remotely, providing a significant benefit to both sides of the hiring process.
Co-founder and co-chief executive officer of the nine year-old agency, Alice Regester, said: ”It’s incredibly exciting to be working with HireVue, a company truly at the forefront of hiring technology. We’ll be combining our long-standing technology expertise with a distinct talent for telling interesting brand stories, in order to raise HireVue’s awareness within the UK and Europe. Covid-19 certainly feels like a crossroads for standard hiring processes, so it’s a particularly interesting time to be helping to shape the recruitment conversation.”
HireVue joins a long line of high profile wins for 33Seconds across the last 18 months, including Vauxhall Motors, Sky’s Women in Tech Scholarship, Lagunitas and Gismart.
