The Drum Awards for the digital industries (formerly the DADI’s) is here once again, recognising the very best that the industry has to offer.
These awards are open internationally to all agencies and brands who are producing exciting and innovative digital work. From apps to consumer products, use of search to social media, paid media and VR, the awards have been recognizing excellence for 14 years.

Jefferson is one of the owners, founders and CCO of Equator. She has created gamechanging websites, national integrated campaigns, start-up brands, business models and strategies across almost every sector from finance (Lloyds, Santander, AXA and RBS), utilities (SSE and Spark) to travel (Malmaison, Village, Rocco Forte) and consumer goods (Baxters, Macallan, Paul Mitchell) to name a few. Jefferson plays an active part in promoting diversity within Equator and in the creative and digital industries as a whole through her place on the Inclusion & Diversity Council of BIMA (British Interactive Media Association).
It’s an honour to be judging this year’s DADI awards, it’s always a key event in our year and a great showcase of new digital work. I’m very excited to see original work that connects innovation, insight and ideas in elegant executions.

With over 20 years’ experience in the technology and digital agency sectors, Dolukhanov works with start-ups, brands and agencies developing technology, transformation and ecosystem strategy, supporting the launch of new products, services and improving operational efficiencies, while working in close collaboration with brand, marketing, experience and product teams. In 2009, he co-founded award Nice Agency, a multi award-winning mobile agency, working with brands such as Channel4, UBS, The Times and Ticketmaster. Nice was acquired by independent creative agency Karmarama in 2014.
I am delighted to be judging the DADI awards in 2020 – the focus on the effectiveness of digital work alongside with creativity and technology sets a high bar for the industry to meet. I look forward to seeing the award entries and judging alongside some of the most talented individuals in digital.
